NURHI
NURHI is a five year (2009 ‐2014) project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and led by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHU•CCP) that aims to increase the use of modern family planning methods among the urban poor in Nigeria. As part of its efforts, NURHI has spent the past three years training providers in family planning counseling and provision of IUDs and implants, and improving health facility management systems.
